Wynn Palace, Shanghai Cabaret Partner for Macau Production

Hong Kong-listed Wynn Macao Ltd announced a partnership with Shanghai-based Cabaret Candor to conduct temporary production at the Wynn Palace Casino Resort located in Kotai.

An adult-only cabaret-style show (pictured), titled "Welcome to Babylon," will debut at the Win Palace Entertainment Event Markkey on July 19. It will be available for three consecutive weekends, Friday and Saturday.

"Through this new partnership, we continue to showcase diverse and culturally enjoyable experiences for Macau residents and tourists around the world to support the development of the Macau SAR government's '1+4' appropriate diversification development strategy and non-game sector," Win Macau said in a press release on Thursday.

As part of the Macau government's new 10-year gaming concession bidding process, bidders were asked to plan and commit to invest on a number of issues, including attracting more non-gaming attractions.

Wynn Macau has pledged to spend at least $17.7 billion (US$2.2 billion) during Macau concessions between 2023 and 2032. Of that, $16.5 billion, or about 93.2% is for expanding overseas markets and non-gaming investments.

Wynn Macao Ltd's cabaret production marks the return, if temporary, of a large cabaret performance to the urban casino complex. 토토사이트 모음

Rival operator Melco Resorts and Entertainment hosted the resident cabaret show "Tabu" for mature viewers at the city of dreams resort. It ran from April 2013 to March 2016: when Tabu closed, Melco Resorts said it was a "temporary closure."
